    I need replacement parts for my cat tree. How do I order them?

    We sell replacement parts for our cat trees. Please contact us and include in your message the model number. We will send you a diagram with the labeled parts so you can identify which parts you need, as well as the prices and payment instructions. All payments for replacement parts are done through PayPal.

    I purchased one of your products from a third-party site and there was a problem with it. Can you send me a new one?

    If you purchased one of our products from a third-party site, then you will need to contact them. Go Pet Club does not cover product issues for units sold by other retailers. Your item will be covered under the warranty of the store you purchased from.

    I lost the assembly instructions. Can you send me a copy?

    If you lost your assembly instructions, please contact us. Let us know the item and model number and we will send you the assembly instructions.

    Where are your products manufactured?

    Our products are manufactured in China and shipped from our warehouse in California.
